About Denise

Denise is passionate about all things real estate. Growing up in a family of builder – contractors, architecture, design and building were paramount.  This appreciation for home design and building was further enhanced when she and her husband founded a home building company, Burke Homes, Inc. in 1987.  It was natural synergy to become a licensed Realtor in order to further help buyers and sellers with their pursuit to attain the American dream of home ownership!

 

Denise’s intimate knowledge of the local market, combined with her proactive tech-savvy approach to real estate sales, has earned her a top reputation with home buyers, sellers alike.  Buyers choose Denise because of her consummate negotiating skills in sales terms and price; she takes great pride in educating her buyers through the step-by-step process of home buying and ultimately finding “the” perfect home!  Denise is the preferred choice of sellers because of her reputation as a trustworthy collaborator to price their home competitively, find a buyer, market the property and sell within a specific time-frame.

 

Denise is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, and Heartland Multiple Listing Service, and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a degree in Communication Studies; graduating magna cum laude. Denise continually strives to educate herself with the changing business of Real Estate in order to exceed her clients’ expectations.
